What Clients Say
Somchai Teerasin
Operations Director, Bangkok
"We brought Ember Cliff in after six months of trying to fix things internally without much success. The assessment session was more useful than I expected — it named things clearly that we had been going around in circles on. The priority list gave us something to actually act on rather than keep discussing."
Assessment Session · May 2025
Nisa Phuengprasong
CEO, Distribution Company
"The stabilisation engagement was more hands-on than I anticipated, in a good way. The advisor was present with the team regularly rather than just sending advice from a distance. It took a few weeks before we started to see things settle, which felt slow at the time, but in hindsight that was probably the right pace."
Stabilisation Engagement · April 2025
Apinya Kongkerd
Managing Director, Services Firm
"What I valued most about the turnaround advisory was the written follow-up. I am not good at retaining what was discussed under pressure, and having a clear short document after every session meant I could actually act on it. The advisor was direct when that was needed and steady when things were difficult."

Wanchai Charoensuk
Head of Operations, Bangkok
"I was sceptical about bringing in outside advisory help — partly cost, partly not wanting someone coming in with a grand solution that ignores how things actually work here. Ember Cliff was neither of those things. They asked a lot of questions before making any suggestions and the suggestions were practical."
Assessment Session · May 2025
Pimchanok Lertnopparat
Director, Family Business
"Family businesses are complicated in ways that are hard to explain to an outsider. To their credit, Ember Cliff did not try to apply a standard model. The advisor took time to understand the context before saying anything. The stabilisation plan was realistic given our actual situation, not an ideal one."
Stabilisation Engagement · March 2025
Thanakit Wutthiporn
General Manager, Ratchathewi
"We were six months into an extended difficult period when we started the turnaround advisory engagement. What it provided more than anything was consistency — a regular conversation with someone who had been there from the beginning, who knew the history and did not need re-briefing each time."

Three Engagement Journeys
How different organisations moved through operational difficulty with Ember Cliff's support.
Assessment Leading to Clarity
Services company · Bangkok · Assessment Session
Challenge
A mid-sized services firm was experiencing increasing friction between its operations and client-facing teams. Leadership had tried several internal fixes but could not identify what was driving the problem. The MD felt that outside assessment might surface something they were not able to see.
Approach
An Operational Assessment Session was conducted across two half-days with the MD and three senior managers. We mapped the communication flows, identified where decisions were getting stuck, and produced a short summary with four specific observations and three priority areas.
Outcome
The summary surfaced a structural issue that had been invisible from inside the business. Two of the three priority actions were implemented within the following month. The MD described the session as "the most useful half-day we had spent on the business in a year."

Steadying a Team Under Strain
Distribution company · Bangkok · Stabilisation Engagement
Challenge
A distribution company had gone through a period of rapid growth followed by an unexpected market slowdown. The team was exhausted and key processes had become unreliable. Senior staff were covering gaps informally in ways that were unsustainable.
Approach
A Stabilisation Engagement was scoped across seven weeks. The advisor worked directly alongside two team leads to map current responsibilities, identify informal workarounds, and develop a stabilisation plan that redistributed load more fairly and documented the most critical processes.
Outcome
By week five, informal coverage arrangements had been replaced with documented roles. Staff turnover risk, which had been a concern, reduced. The completed stabilisation checklist was handed to the CEO as a working reference document for maintaining the gains.

Extended Leadership Support
Manufacturing support firm · Bangkok · Turnaround Advisory
Challenge
A manufacturing support firm was navigating a leadership transition alongside a period of weak demand. The new general manager, in post for three months, was dealing with inherited operational problems while also trying to establish her own working relationships across a sceptical team.
Approach
A Turnaround Advisory Engagement began in January. Bi-weekly sessions focused on operational decision points, team dynamics, and the longer recovery plan. Written follow-up after every session allowed the GM to share notes with her board chair, which also improved their relationship.
Outcome
By month four, the GM described feeling less isolated in her role. Key operational metrics stabilised. The advisory continued through month five at reduced frequency. The GM noted that the written follow-up had become an unexpected tool for her own clarity, not just communication upward.
