We begin with careful listening and honest mapping. What is creating most strain? Where is the pressure actually coming from? The assessment is candid and supportive — not a performance review.
2. Stabilise
Once we understand the situation, we work alongside the team to reduce avoidable strain and put steadier routines in place. This is hands-on work, done with care and at a pace the organisation can hold.
3. Rebuild
For organisations working through an extended recovery, we provide a consistent outside voice — attending regular sessions, providing written follow-up, and supporting leadership through a longer arc.
Operational Assessment Session
A candid, supportive session to understand operational pressures and identify a few priorities that would steady things. We focus on practical, non-regulated operational matters. Suited to leaders facing a tough period who want an honest outside view before deciding what to do next.
The session produces two concrete outputs: an honest summary of what we observed, and a short priority list of what seems most worth addressing first. These are written up and shared within 24 hours.

Stabilisation Support Engagement
A hands-on engagement to help a team steady core routines and reduce avoidable strain, in humane and practical steps. We work alongside staff with care, not above them. Suited to companies that have identified what needs addressing and want practical outside support in making the changes.
The engagement runs over four to ten weeks, with working sessions, a co-developed stabilisation plan, and review check-ins to confirm things are holding. It ends with a completed stabilisation checklist handed to leadership.

Turnaround Advisory Engagement
An ongoing advisory relationship supporting leadership through an extended operational recovery, with a steady, neutral outside view. Suited to organisations rebuilding over several months — typically three to nine — that want a consistent outside voice in the room rather than a one-off intervention.
The engagement centres on regular advisory sessions at an agreed frequency and written follow-up after each one. The advisor does not take on operational responsibilities but supports leadership in maintaining clarity, perspective, and forward momentum.
